“A newspaper for your pipeline.” Filed nightly from every corner of Reddit, bound for the desks that need it.
Redsheet Labs
№ 001 — 2026 The intelligence dossier for teams that sell on Reddit, one clipped signal at a time.
“Reddit says what your pipeline won't.”
Issued 23 April · Redacted for preview

Reddit is a feed.
It's a pipeline nobody
is reading for you.

Redsheet is a Chrome extension and cloud workspace that clips Reddit threads, DMs, and comments into a shared dossier of buying signals — then drafts the reply, in your voice, before you lose the window. Built for founders, SDRs, community managers, and ops teams who can't be reading r/ for eight hours a day.

Preview release. No account required. All CTAs on this page are for show — real access ships with the CWS listing.

Intent Signal ●●●●○ High · Buyer
“Honestly I'd pay real money for something that just watches these threads and surfaces the ones where people are asking for a tool like mine. Manually is killing me.”
Analyst note — Explicit willingness to pay. Competitor-adjacent ICP (Seed-stage SaaS, US). Has posted 3 related threads in 30 days. Suggested angle: lead with the workspace, not the extension.

Exhibit I.
A thread, a clip, a case file

Clip the signal.
Keep the thread.

Your SDR sees a thread. She types a slash command. Redsheet pulls the author, the quote, the subreddit, the upvote trajectory, and the 47 comments into a single case file — shared with the whole team, cross-referenced against what you've already heard this week.

Then an AI drafts a reply tuned to your tone and your playbook. Not sent. Drafted. You stay in the driver's seat.

  1. See a thread worth clipping. Upvote velocity, keyword match, ICP signal, or a gut call.
  2. Type /clip in any comment box. Redsheet catches the author, excerpt, and context.
  3. Tag, assign, route. Goes to Sheets, a webhook, a Make scenario, or just stays in the dossier for the morning review.
  4. A reply is drafted in your voice. Queued for a human. You approve, edit, or discard.

Anyone solved the Reddit lead problem? My SDRs can't scroll all day.

Our top 3 closed-won accounts last quarter came from Reddit threads we stumbled into. The problem is obvious: we can't afford to have a rep reading r/ all day. Honestly I'd pay real money for something that just watches these threads and surfaces the ones where people are asking for a tool like mine. Manually is killing me. Curious what others are doing.

A slash command on every Reddit page.

/clip, /triage, /assign. Works on old Reddit, new Reddit, DMs, and modmail. Two keystrokes, not two windows.

Early word from the field.

A handful of operators have been running the preview in production. The classifieds page, condensed.

Found — 43 qualified leads

"Forty-three in the last fourteen days. We had to hire. See page 4 for the headcount memo."

Head of Growth, Seed-stage SaaS (name withheld)

Replaced — two spreadsheets

"I was running a Notion table, a Google sheet, and a memory palace. Redsheet ate all three."

Founder, dev-tools SMB

Missing — the 3 a.m. thread

"Our best lead of Q1 was a comment at 3 a.m. in a subreddit nobody on the team follows. We caught it anyway."

Community Manager, B2B fintech

Wanted — honest reply drafting

"The AI doesn't sound like an AI. That's the whole product. Sounds like it sounds like me, which is what I needed."

Solo operator, e-commerce

For sale — your Sunday

"I used to scroll Reddit on Sundays to stay ahead. Now the digest lands at 9 a.m. Monday. Got my weekend back."

Founder / Sales, B2B SaaS

Lost — my excuse

"I used to say Reddit was 'too noisy to monitor.' That excuse is retired."

VP Marketing, series-A PLG co.

Does Redsheet auto-post replies to Reddit?

No. Every reply is drafted for human review. We'd rather lose a lead than get a customer's account banned. "Drafted, not sent" is not a feature flag — it's the whole premise.

Will this work on old Reddit?

Yes. The content script handles old and new layouts, including DMs and modmail. The Reddit DOM is fragile, so we version-check and fail open rather than break your browsing.

What data leaves my browser?

Only the content you clip — the author handle, the permalink, the excerpt, your tags. No passive scraping, no background listening, no analytics on your reading. The extension store listing spells out each permission.

Who sees our team dossier?

Your teammates, per the roles you set. Redsheet staff cannot read your leads. Firestore rules enforce per-team isolation; audit logs record every access.

Can we self-host?

Not today. If you're an enterprise buyer with compliance requirements — SSO, data residency, VPC — the Press edition covers most cases. Write to the bureau.

How do the AI quotas work?

Preview: 50 reply drafts per user per day, Gemini 2.5 Flash. Team edition: higher ceilings, priority queue. Exceed the quota and we queue rather than fail.

Do you ever send unsolicited DMs?

Never. Redsheet is a read-and-draft tool. Outbound is always a human act.

What's the roadmap beyond preview?

CRM integrations (HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce), a mobile companion for the dossier, subreddit-level intent models, and a digest email for the morning review. Vote in the workspace.
